Michael Maylahn began taking care of the concept for Stasis, a low-cost system to monitor vital signs, as a University of Southern California undergrad. He along with his co-founder, Dinesh Seemakurty, knew their concept may help hospices, assisted living facilities, and hospitals within the world that is developing, possibly, the U.S.
